Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-functional Analyst

£75,000 + benefits

I'm partnered with an international financial services organisation to support them in recruiting a HCM Fusion Analyst.

This role will be working in a busy HCM specific team, managing small change requests to help improve the HR functionality and ensure the system is fit for purpose. This will include gathering requirements and translating these into technical specifications.

The fusion system has been in place for less than 2 years so their Oracle landscape is fairly new, meaning there's lots of system development and project opportunities alongside BAU support.

The successful HCM Analyst will not only develop and maintain the HCM modules but also act as an SME in regards to the HCM system.

To be considered for the role you should be able to demonstrate:

• Broad knowledge of HCM modules including core HR, Recruitment, Resource Management, Time & Labour etc
• Experience using HCM data loaders
• Experience providing continuous improvement support on HR systems
• Stakeholder management and effective communication
