We are seeking a skilled Appian Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in all aspects of software development. Covering implementation, documentation, technical design, testing, deployment and supporting application developed for customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate user requests for business process automation, determining feasibility and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with customers throughout project life cycles to define, design, and implement business process-based solutions.
  • Support data migration, loading, and conversion between data stores.
  • Assist in application deployment and production roll-out.
  • Identify, mitigate, and resolve project issues and risks alongside team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery for implemented Appian solutions.
  • Independently engage with customer technical teams and business owners during design, implementation, and service phases.
  • Mentor and develop junior Engineers and business analysts on application and implementation methodology.
  • Work within a collaborative, self-organizing agile team, leading transformation from strategy to implementation.
  • Advocate for Appian-based solutions, fostering improvements that truly impact our customers' businesses.
  • Cultivate effective working relationships with team members and clients.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Enjoyment in working directly with clients to define business processes and gather functional system requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience.
  • Prior experience in software engineering, ideally in ERP, CRM, BPM/Workflow, Data Integration Architecture, or EAI.
  • Passion for technology, including Modern Responsive Web Applications, Mobile-First Solutions, and Composite applications.
  • Proficiency including languages such as Java, JavaScript, .Net, and others.
  • Proven success in cross-functional teams building products using agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
