SAP Change Analyst - S/4HANA Programme

We are seeking an experienced SAP Change Analyst to support all change-related activity across a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.
This role requires a highly organised, delivery-focused Change professional with strong experience in SAP change management, capable of translating Change Impact Assessments into actionable Change Action Plans, and working closely with cross-functional workstreams to ensure effective mitigation and delivery of programme milestones.
You will play a central role in coordinating change activity across IT, operations, and finance teams, ensuring that change impacts are fully understood, mitigated, and Embedded within the business. Strong stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with the ability to influence, challenge, and drive outcomes in fast-paced programme environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support all change management activities across the SAP programme
- Translate Change Impact Assessments into structured Change Action Plans
- Work closely with business and technical workstreams to develop and deliver mitigation strategies
- Facilitate change workshops, business playbacks, and readiness sessions
- Coordinate change milestones in line with overall programme timelines
- Engage with Business Analysts and stakeholders to review, validate, and sign off change impacts
- Act as a key interface between business and project teams to ensure clear communication of impacts and actions
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Support deployment and adoption activities through go-live and post-go-live phases
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as an SAP Change Analyst/Change Manager within large-scale SAP S/4HANA programmes
- Strong expertise in Change Impact Assessments and Change Action Planning
- Extensive knowledge of change management strategies, tools, and best practices
- Solid understanding of project delivery methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and manage senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to operate at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
- Experience working in complex, multi-stream programme environments
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel to UK sites when required for workshops, business playbacks, readiness meetings, and deployment activities
- Strong attention to detail combined with a delivery-focused mindset
