C# .NET Developer - .NET CORE/Web Services/API/REST/Angular/Azure/SQL - Insurance - Hybrid
This role is Hybrid working 2 days per week in offices in the City of London and the remainder remotely
Our client, a Consultancy who specialise in the Insurance market are recruiting a Developer with good C# .NET development and previous experience working in the Insurance Market to join their team.
Responsibilities-
Application analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, deployment and support of a new and existing solutions. The C#.Net Developer will be working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused team creating fit-for-purpose customer-accepted, deliverable solutions using the latest Azure DevOps tools.
Key skills required:
Must have a solid grounding in complete system application development lifecyle, deployment, and support in the IT industry
Previous experience developing in the following technologies/protocols:-
- Previous experience working in the Insurance Market, preferably London Market, is essential
- C#. Net, ASP.NET, .NET CORE
- Web Services, API, REST
- Angular/AngularJS
- Azure DevOps
- Strong MS SQL Server experience with SQL and stored Procedures
- Continuous Integration and Deployment
- IIS
- Git Source Control
- Visual Studio 2017+
- Test Driven Development
- Ability to understand and work through existing code design to assist with production support issue identification and resolution
- Appreciation of different microservice architecture particularly event driven and strong understanding of eventual consistency
- Financial Services (preferably Insurance Market)
- Experience of unit testing automated testing
