Location: Swindon, Wiltshire Country: UK Rate: £28k - 32k per annum

The Role:- Resolving issues wherever possible as the first point of contact.
- Develop strong working relationships with Internal and External users when resolving issues with a friendly professional approach.
- Use your initiative when troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain clear communications with users and team members.
- Ability to work out of hours (12-hour shifts) across a 4 on 4 off rota.
Technical Experience:- Exposure to supporting Windows, Mac or Linux OS
- Active Directory
- Windows Server
- Exchange - Office 365
- OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint
