Job Overview:

Brio digital are currently supporting a HealthTech consultancy who are looking for an Implementation Specialist to drive the adoption and expand the use of the latest features and functionality of the products and technology. As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Product Adoption, you will oversee the entire delivery process from awareness and trials to implementation and support.

This role could also be suitable for a Project Delivery Manager or similar.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Adoption:

  • Encourage adoption and expand usage of core products.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of Product Adoption activities, including awareness, trials, implementation, and support.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Lead engagement with System Suppliers.
  • Introduce the product to organisations, highlighting benefits.
  • Conduct presentations to user groups and clinical forums.
  • Hold technical meetings with IT staff and System Suppliers.
  • Maintain regular relationship meetings with key stakeholders, such as ambulance trusts.
  • Establish and maintain strong associations with key customer contacts.

Implementation Facilitation:

  • Facilitate successful implementations across multiple care settings.
  • Provide product training and demonstrations.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Clinical and IG leads to broaden patient information sharing and introduce new care settings and clinicians.
  • Collaborate with other teams on enabling technology and programs.

Support and Testing:

  • Update business requirements and test scripts as needed.
  • Support System Suppliers through the solutions assurance process.
  • Organise and conduct regular meetings, facilitate access to test environments, review test evidence, and write test reports.
  • Organise live testing sessions.

Independent and Team Work:

  • Perform duties independently with minimal supervision.
  • Work collaboratively with others to develop trusting relationships.
