IT Support Engineer wanted to provide technical support for a School in the Hull area (East Yorkshire). Recent DBS check required (ideally dated within the past 3 years).

A chance to join a leading IT managed services business specialising in providing IT support into the Education sector. Start ideally in April/May 2024.

Key experience + tasks will include:

  • Providing day-to-day IT support for Desktop PCs, Mobile Devices, Laptops, Chromebooks and Tablets.
  • Peripheral Support for Printers, Scanners, Interactive Whiteboards, Projectors + Audio/Visual equipment.
  • Wireless networking, troubleshooting, image build, deploy tools, Microsoft and Apple devices, Microsoft Windows, O365 and Google Workspace.
  • Strong customer-facing skills. Must be able to engage positively with client to ensure that technology delivers for the School.
  • Soft skills: proactive, organised, workload prioritisation, approachable, professional and problem solver.
  • DBS certificate (Enhanced Disclosure) and previous Schools/Education sector experience preferred.
