Location: Southall Country: UK Rate: £180 per day (Inside IR35)

We're looking for a dynamic and proactive IT Technical Support Analyst to provide top-notch support and ensure our IT systems run smoothly across multiple European sites. If you're passionate about technology and eager to make a significant impact, this role is perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary IT contact
- Maintain and enhance IT systems across global sites (computers, printers, Servers, etc.).
- Provide onsite IT support to local users and liaise with the wider IT team.
- Ensure compliance with Company Health & Safety and Quality policies.
- Attend relevant training courses, including Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Manual Handling.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite,
- Windows 7/10
- Active Directory
- Windows Server
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven project management skills and ability to prioritize workload.
