1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer (Contract)

Location: Southall Country: UK Rate: £180 per day (Inside IR35)

We're looking for a dynamic and proactive IT Technical Support Analyst to provide top-notch support and ensure our IT systems run smoothly across multiple European sites. If you're passionate about technology and eager to make a significant impact, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary IT contact
  • Maintain and enhance IT systems across global sites (computers, printers, Servers, etc.).
  • Provide onsite IT support to local users and liaise with the wider IT team.
  • Ensure compliance with Company Health & Safety and Quality policies.
  • Attend relevant training courses, including Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Manual Handling.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite,
  • Windows 7/10
  • Active Directory
  • Windows Server
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven project management skills and ability to prioritize workload.
