Title: Project Manager with Oracle Implementation experience
Location: Stevenage, Hybrid
Salary: Up to 75,000, + bonus + car allowance, depending on experience

Brief Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in managing Oracle projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of Oracle-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of Oracle technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of Oracle Cloud-related projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Have completed a minimum of 2 large Oracle Implementation projects previously.
• Be the subject matter expect of oracle for inhouse projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud technologies.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
