We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who required a Fieldglass Architect- London Location working onsite, the balance of time will be remote for one of their public sector Clients based in the UK.

Role and tasks

SAP Fieldglass Solutions Architect to help design an extended Workforce Management Process and Systems Strategy. Solutions Architect will be responsible for consulting on industry best practices around extended Workforce Management Process, Systems Strategy, process design, overall architecture and end to end process with its integration with Back End SAP ERP. A solutions architect should be well-versed in complex business models, large enterprise deployment scenarios, and is 100% focused on solving customer problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide deep subject matter expertise to solve business, technical, and operational challenges presented by customers and customers process owners. Leveraging complex business and deployment experience to help clients understand what it will take to deploy, manage and maintain a program.
Provide subject matter expertise related to integration capabilities and design.
Manage the configuration of Fieldglass application to support Contingent Worker Management Office operations and related projects.
Manage projects activities as assigned by project manager through the project life cycle, inclusive of design sessions, confirm business scenarios for testing, reviewing and approving test plans and ensuring the appropriate end user acceptance testing is obtained and assist in the creation of the stabilization plan.
Conduct functional impact analysis for new business processes and for modification of existing business processes to configuration or application changes.
Provide quality assurance review of the business process after implementation to ensure it is operating as designed or recommend additional enhancements

SKills Required
3-5 years SAP Fieldglass application knowledge is required
SAP Fieldglass report configuration experience is required
SAP Fieldglass integrations timesheet configuration and integration experience is required
In-depth knowledge of SAP Fieldglass configuration and administration
Hands-on expert in managing configuration of roles, rate grids and job posting templates for SAP Fieldglass
Experience with SAP Fieldglass integrations and timesheet management
Strong knowledge of Contingent Worker and Vendor Management business processes
Ability to manage and execute application configuration
Prior experience and proficiency in VMS systems and processes
Experience in a vendor management/contingent labor role is a plus
SAP Fieldglass certification.
