Adepta Partners is supporting a major public sector organisation in securing an experienced Product Owner to lead a key discovery phase. This role offers the opportunity to shape an early-stage initiative and guide strategic decision-making.

About the Role

You will lead a discovery workstream, working with multidisciplinary teams to define user needs, clarify the problem space, and produce clear, evidence-based recommendations. This role suits someone confident in public sector delivery, comfortable with ambiguity, and skilled at bringing structure to complex challenges.

Requirements

Strong Product Owner experience within public sector environments

Proven background in discovery phases

Ability to collaborate with delivery teams and senior stakeholders

Clear communicator with a proactive, delivery-focused approach
