Overview

We are seeking an experienced Security/Cyber Security Engineer to support the installation and configuration of Bitdefender antivirus software within a highly secure, offline simulation environment. Due to the sensitive nature of the work, all activity must be carried out on-site, and the environment will have no Internet connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure Bitdefender antivirus across multiple systems in a closed (air-gapped) environment

• Apply baseline security hardening, including:

  • Antivirus configuration and validation

  • USB lockdown and removable media controls

• Work in line with strict security policies and operational procedures at all times

Essential Requirements

• UK national with current, active SC clearance

• Proven experience in cyber security engineering or endpoint security

• Hands-on experience installing and configuring antivirus solutions (Bitdefender preferred)

• Strong understanding of security controls in offline/air-gapped environments

• Comfortable working fully on-site in a secure facility
