• Senior Transformation Manager

My client is looking for a Senior Transformation Manager who has extensive s/4 hana transformation project experience. You will be responsible for delivering a major UK-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation, migrating three ERP systems into a single global S/4 template. We're seeking an experienced SAP S/4 Project Manager to lead the UK Design Phase and ensure alignment with the Global S/4HANA template.

Key Duties

• Lead the UK S/4HANA Design Phase (Fit-to-Standard/Gap Fit).
• Run design workshops and produce approved blueprint documentation.
• Coordinate functional (FI, CO, SD, MM, PS, CPM) and technical workstreams (Integrations, Data, Security, Testing, Change, PMO).
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and project governance.
• Work closely with UK Transformation, SLS ERP teams, senior stakeholders, and the global implementation partner.

Key Skills & Experiences

• 5+ years managing complex SAP programmes, including major SAP S/4HANA transformations in global or multi-entity environments.
• Deep understanding of SAP RISE, S/4 templates, and landscape consolidation (ECC6 - S/4 migrations).
• Strong experience leading Fit-to-Standard design phases, running cross-functional workshops, and producing high-quality blueprint documentation.
• Ability to challenge local requirements, drive global alignment, and ensure template consistency.
• Hands-on working knowledge of multiple SAP core modules - FI, CO, SD, MM, PS, CPM
• Skilled at engaging C-Suite, regional leadership, business process owners, and global ERP governance teams.
• SAP Certified - desirable
