SAP PP Consultant - Hungarian Speaking. Budapest, Hungary (Hybrid: 3-4 days remote per week). Permanent Job - Flexible Start Date From March 2026 Onwards. Salary HUF 2,000,000 - 3,000,000 gross per month + 10% Bonus + Benefits.

Our client based in Budapest, Hungary is a well-known consulting firm with an international presence. They are currently expanding their SAP PP (Production Planning) consulting team to support the growing demand for SAP S/4HANA implementation projects across Europe and beyond.

They are looking for an experienced Senior SAP PP Consultant who is passionate about designing high-quality solutions, advising clients on best practices, and leading business transformation initiatives. Main Tasks:

• Participate in national and international SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Lead and deliver consulting activities across the full project life cycle - from fit-to-standard analysis and solution design to testing, training, and go-live support.
• Conduct workshops with business and IT stakeholders to identify requirements, map processes, and propose optimized solutions based on SAP Best Practices.
• Perform fit-gap analyses, recommend standardized and scalable solutions, and document business process deviations and enhancement needs.
• Configure SAP PP solutions aligned with client business processes and S/4HANA Cloud standards.
  
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, QM, PM, CO, EWM) to ensure integrated, end-to-end process coverage.
• Take ownership of configuration, testing, and key user enablement activities.
• Prepare and deliver training sessions, solution documentation, and cutover support.
• Ensure compliance with legal and fiscal requirements (eg invoicing, tax, electronic document exchange) in solution design.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client key users and management, contributing to successful project outcomes.
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior consultants, sharing best practices and encouraging knowledge development.
• Contribute to internal solution development, pre-sales activities, and continuous improvement of methodologies.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong SAP PP consulting experience, including configuration, integration and process design with multiple full life cycle implementation projects.
• Must have deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (Discrete, Process, or Repetitive) and end-to-end planning scenarios.
• Hands-on experience in Master Data setup (BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions) and MRP configuration.
• Experience in capacity planning, production orders, shop floor control, and confirmations.
• Understanding of integration points with MM, SD, QM, PM, and CO modules.
• Experience with manufacturing execution, production scheduling, and order management in S/4HANA.
• Experience with MES integration
• Proven ability to lead client workshops, gather requirements, and design to-be processes in cooperation with business and IT stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving and solution design and delivery
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, including experience with senior stakeholders.
• Strong consulting mindset, customer orientation, and commitment to continuous professional development.

Nice to have but not mandatory:

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public/Private Cloud is a strong advantage (knowledge of fit-to-standard and Activate methodology).

Languages:

• Must speak Hungarian (minimum B1 level)
• Must speak English (minimum B2 level)

Salary Package:

• The Fixed Basic Salary on offer is highly competitive and subject to your level of skills, knowledge and experience, ranging between HUF 2,000,000 - 3,000,000 gross per month
• The company offers an annual variable bonus on top of your fixed basic salary which is typically in the range of up to 10% and is normally based on a combination of your personal performance and the company's performance.

Location of Work/Remote Working:

• This is a hybrid job based in Budapest City Center and the expectation is for you to come into the office 1-2 days per week.
