Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO) - Azure SaaS

About the Company
An early-stage SaaS company building a cloud analytics and FinOps platform for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) operating Microsoft Azure at scale. The platform helps MSPs understand, govern, and commercialise complex Azure environments through better data, insight, and automation.

The company is seeking a product-driven technology leader - someone who combines strong technical judgement with a clear product mindset and a proven ability to turn vision into shipped, customer-adopted features.

The Role
This role blends technology leadership and product ownership. While remaining technically credible and hands-on where it adds leverage, the primary focus is product direction, delivery, and outcomes, rather than day-to-day coding.

You will own the technical and product vision for the platform, working closely with the founders to define what gets built, why it matters, and how it is delivered. You will be accountable for translating customer needs, MSP realities, and commercial goals into a clear product roadmap, and ensuring that roadmap turns into high-quality, usable features in production.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Owning the technical and product vision of the SaaS platform
- Defining and evolving the product roadmap in partnership with founders and customers
- Driving feature delivery from concept through to production and adoption
- Ensuring the platform is architected for scale, security, and usability
- Acting as the senior decision-maker on trade-offs between speed, quality, and long-term design
- Using modern development approaches, including AI-assisted development
- Remaining hands-on where it adds leverage
- Hiring and leading a small, high-impact engineering team

Experience We're Looking For
- Senior leadership experience in a SaaS product environment
- Demonstrated ability to define product vision and ship features
- Strong experience building cloud-native, analytics-driven platforms
- Deep Microsoft Azure experience
- Experience with FinOps or cloud cost optimisation
- Exposure to MSP or partner-led SaaS models a plus
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth companies
