Job Title: System Engineer

Location: Hoofddorp, North Holland, Netherlands

Duration:12 Months + extension

Description:

Systems Engineer in a fully automated Warehouse

The position is in a fully automated Warehouse so some previous experience on a similar position would be a big plus.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Design, deploy, and maintain server and network infrastructure

* Monitor and troubleshoot hardware and software performance

* Configure and optimize server hardware and software

* Implement security measures such as OS and software patching, Firewalls, authentication, and encryption

* Prepare software and hardware documentation

* Monitor system and services performance metrics

* Collaborate with IT team members to ensure proper functionality of the Infrastructure

* Develop and test disaster recovery plans

Required skills

* Experience with Windows and Linux administration

* Some experience with GCP

* Some experience with Servers' hardware troubleshooting

* Ability to maintain users' devices (label printers and barcode scanners)

Nice to Have:

* Experience with Puppet and Terraform

* Experience with VMWare virtualization

* Experience working with Zebra devices

* Experience with Dematic Warehouse Control System
