Senior Program Manager (Python, SQL, Jira & Confluence - Amsterdam

This is a Amsterdam based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on their largest digital and technological transformation program.

With a diverse team of talented individuals, we strive to create seamless travel experiences for our Clients customers. We are currently seeking a dedicated Analyst to join our Clients Process Improvement & Tooling team, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Clients planning, reporting, and analysis processes.

Key Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with SQL
• Experience with Jira and Confluence, including their APIs for integration and automation purposes
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and derive meaningful insights
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools
• Understanding of project management principles and Agile methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on Scripting, data analysis, and project reporting
• In-depth knowledge of Jira and Confluence, including customization and automation capabilities
• Experience in developing scripts for automating tasks and reports
• Certification in project management or relevant technical certifications (eg, PMP, CAPM, PMBOK, or Atlassian Certified Professional) is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scripts to automate data extraction, manipulation, and analysis in Jira and Confluence
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support project planning, tracking, and analysis
• Analyse project data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and provide actionable insights
• Continuously identify and implement improvements in project reporting and analysis processes
• Provide training and support on using Jira and Confluence for project management
• Maintain thorough documentation for scripts and reports
