One of my global tech company clients is looking to expand their team in the Netherlands. Our client is currently looking for a Solution Architect within the SuccessFactors space.

There is no better time for an ambitious Solution Architect to join a company which is a market leader for digital transformations for clients by modernising and integrating their mainstream IT, and by deploying digital solutions at scale to produce better business outcomes.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring high quality front-line support to our client's European offices, working closely with peers in their global offices as part of the larger IT Infrastructure Services & Operations function.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on SuccessFactors implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, configuration, and integration capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors implementation methodologies and tools.
  • Track record in working with new operating models
  • Strong analytical skill set to identify root causes
  • Excellent knowledge across HR Applications offering
  • Dutch speaking skills
