Application Integration Developer - Europe/India - 6+ Months (Contract)

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an experienced Application Integration Developer to join our global client.

The Digital Developer Portal (DDP) is a groundbreaking initiative led by our client's R&D Modelling & Simulation (M&S) team. Theri mission is to democratize digital tools, empowering R&D developers to harness the full potential of Digital R&D. From basic calculators to cutting-edge machine learning models, they are revolutionizing the way our teams approach research and development.

Job Description:

As an Application Integration Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in the integration, support, and administration of our DDP.

Working closely with Client's Digital Services (MDS) and our M&S team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building connections between DDP and various simulation software.
  • Scripting inputs & outputs for specific models.
  • Automating workflows and testing their validity.
  • Creating UIs and simulation outcome reports within the DDP.
  • Assisting Data Scientists in building surrogate models.
  • Ensuring data governance and managing best practices.
  • Providing training and assistance to users across multiple sites.
  • Supporting product ownership tasks such as design, updates, and testing.

Role Requirements:

Required:

  • Experience with custom scripts for computational physics models.
  • Proficiency in Python and C#, Scripting automated workflows.
  • Working knowledge of 3D CAD files and simulation software.
  • Familiarity with HPC solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.

Desired:

  • Familiarity with Ansys optiSLang and simulation process integration.
  • Understanding of SQL, XML, and JSON concepts.
  • Knowledge of various physical modelling techniques.
  • Experience with ML techniques and optimization.
  • Familiarity with web development languages and frameworks.
