Technical Project Manager - Amsterdam

This is a Amsterdam based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on their largest digital and technological transformation program.

With a diverse team of talented individuals, we strive to create seamless travel experiences for our Clients customers. We are currently seeking a dedicated Analyst to join our Clients Process Improvement & Tooling team, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Clients planning, reporting, and analysis processes.

A Senior Technical Program Manager is a dynamic leader who collaborates with business and technical teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions. They excel in project management, communication, and problem-solving, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently while balancing technical constraints and business objectives. With a focus on maximizing resources and mitigating risks, they drive clarity, transparency, and innovation across multiple parallel projects.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Drive collaboration between business and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and customer-focused solutions.
• Interact with project sponsors and stakeholders to define and deliver complex features.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
• Plan and manage multiple parallel projects, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
• Maximize resources and identify and mitigate inefficiencies.
• Communicate project issues and status effectively to stakeholders.
• Apply best practices to the software development life cycle.
• Build and maintain integrated project schedules accounting for dependencies and contingencies.
• Facilitate communication among core program stakeholders and leadership.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills and a track record of delivering large-scale platform services.
