Have at least 10+ years of experience of working in a financial institution or software solution/consulting vendor including leading large-scale (3 years +) projects successfully.

Having atleast 3+ years of project management experience managing client-facing projects is required.

Having very good knowledge of the financial services industry.

Proficiency in industry-standard process methodologies (eg, Agile) is required.

Experience in managing budgets , implementing financial management processes needed.

Having Ability to review implementation estimates for contracts and project execution for a large project and/or program.

Ability to understand the commercial "bigger picture" and able to advise clients on the best course of action while considering cost, effort, risk and potential outcomes.

Ability to translate business scope and objectives into an overall project or program plan.

Ability to understand the client landscape and align solutions accordingly.

Ability to develop or adapt scope change process to the client/situation.

Able to apply strategies, methods, and tools to communicate scope changes with clients for the program.

Proven experience in running governance with functional sponsors and contributors for the largest and most complex project or programs.

Proven stakeholder and client management skills, able to influence at Senior Executive levels.

Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of developers, analysts, testers, infrastructure, and support.

Experience in developing strategies independently for complex situations, translate into concrete steps and assign responsibilities to various team members and/or other project managers.

Experience in adapting delivery processes as per the client requirement.

Able to manage defect logging and tracking with Development teams and coordination on product delivery and patching cycles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to audiences of various levels in the organisation (eg, executive, management, individual contributors).

Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team, customer service, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills.

Share industry best practices followed globally with clients and other team members
-
This role would involve travel, predominantly in the Europe region.
