ERP Analyst (Full Time)

Position Description:

Innovance is seeking a highly skilled ERP Analyst (Enterprise Resource Planning) to join our IT team. The ERP Analyst will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our ERP System, as well as working with Manufacturing leaders to find improvements in business processes. The ERP Analyst will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting the ERP System to ensure it meets the needs of the organization. The ERP Analyst is responsible for project tracking, serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and overseeing day-to-day problems through to resolution.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide first level user support for any user change request or problem resolution related to ERP System. Acts as product expert and liaison between end users and 3rd party support, when necessary.
  • Create, develop, modify, and maintain business analytic reports. Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver meaningful, actionable data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and gather business requirements and translate those needs into technical solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the ERP Application and recommendations for system enhancements, optimizations, or configuration changes.
  • Participates in and leads projects to implement, test and design changes to ERP Application.
  • Strong organizational skills including the ability to self-manage day-to-day support, assignments, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Performs other information technology and business analysis duties as required to support assigned enterprise systems.

  • Experience with SQL and/or PLSQL.
  • Experience with data conversions, reporting, and customizations.
  • Experience with ERP systems highly preferred.
  • Experience with database administration highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, oral and electronic).
  • Well organized and self-motivated.

Innovance Training Requirements:

  • Applicable training will be completed by following the syllabi (Human Resources, Safety, IFS - Timeclock, IFS - Navigation, ISO etc.) for each new hire and that will be verified by the Employee Orientation & Job Qualification form within the first 60 days of employment. Additional applicable training will be completed by following the individual's assigned department training Matrix, Information Systems (F4400-550).
  • Follow training syllabus (Technical from above list). The effectiveness of training guidelines will be determined by employee knowledge and demonstration of learned concepts. Additional training after the first several weeks of on-the-job training will be determined by the Supervisor in preparation for them to operate on their own as needed. Any follow-up training will be evaluated and provided at the 60-day review or as deemed necessary for the position.
  • Training program decided by Information Systems Manager.
