Overview

Arena Club is pioneering the collectibles domain by introducing the first-ever digital card show. Spearheaded by 5x World Series Champion Derek Jeter and serial entrepreneur Brian Lee, Arena Club has developed a fully digital marketplace. This innovative platform is built on trust, transparency, and fun, featuring grading & authentication, vaulting, and digital pack openings for collectors to build and showcase their collections in a personalized online showroom from anywhere in the world.

What You Will Do
  • Lead GTM Technical Strategy: Drive the end-to-end delivery and market launch of enhancements to Arena's core platform systems, ensuring technical builds align with growth and adoption goals.
  • Operational Scaling & Readiness: Own the "operational success" of every release. You ensure that fulfillment, vaulting, and support teams have the internal dashboards and automated workflows required to manage technical features at scale.
  • Translate Complex Needs: Convert intricate technical requirements into clear product specs that prioritize user adoption, reducing friction for both the business and the collector.
  • Optimize Platform Ecosystems: Partner with engineering to refine existing APIs, integrations, and data pipelines, identifying opportunities to enhance reliability and automation across the stack.
  • Bridge Strategy & Execution: Serve as the connective tissue between product vision and technical reality, balancing long-term architecture with the agility needed for high-stakes market releases.
  • Define Success through Data: Establish and track metrics for feature adoption and system performance, using data to identify "drop-off" points in the technical user journey.
  • Technical Thought Leadership: Act as a key partner to engineering leadership on technical trade-offs, ensuring we maintain high velocity without compromising system integrity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6-9 years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in a GTM-focused PM role.
  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to navigate established Back End architectures, API schemas, and data models.
  • Proven track record of building internal tooling and automated workflows that enable business operations to scale.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in SQL and experience using behavioral analytics tools (eg, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker).
  • Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects from technical ideation through to wide-scale market adoption.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical updates into clear value propositions for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in marketplace, fintech, logistics, or consumer platform environments preferred.
  • Skilled in prioritization, decision-making, and taking high-agency ownership of end-to-end product outcomes.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with physical-to-digital asset vaulting, authentication systems, consumer platform environments, or the sports collectibles industry.
