Now Hiring: Solution Engineer/Solutions Consultant (Hybrid)

A deep-tech company in the distributed systems space is expanding its Solution Engineering team. The product is a next-generation testing platform used by engineering teams that care about reliability, performance, and correctness.

We're looking for people who can lead short, high-impact customer Proof-of-Concepts, clearly communicate technical value, and help close major enterprise deals. Two role tracks are open:

technical deep dives, coding in customer environments, building/running demos

strong technical fluency, excellent communicator, leads workshops and executive discussions

• Own the technical close of six- and seven-figure opportunities
• Build and run demos that expose system issues
• Deliver customer workshops on resilience and correctness
• Work closely with Account Executives to shape solution fit
• Support onboarding and early adoption

• Background in software engineering, systems, or SRE
• Experience with Python, C+, Scripting languages (Rust/Nix a plus)
• Comfortable communicating with both technical and executive audiences
• Able to move quickly within short sales cycles
• Hands-on coding experience (for Solution Engineer)
• Technical literacy + strong customer presence (for Solutions Consultant)
