• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading engineering teams and 7+ years in software development

• Ability to work in ambiguous situations and deliver MVPs without compromising long-term system integrity
• Proven track record of mentoring engineers and enhancing team performance

• Experience in a high-stakes B2B environment
• Familiarity with travel technology or fintech solutions
• Past success in scaling engineering teams and processes
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative development
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in technical contexts
