Overview

We're hiring a senior-level software developer to join a technology-driven organisation operating in fast-paced, Real Time markets. This is a hands-on, full-stack role working closely with commercial and analytics teams to build and support critical systems used in day-to-day decision making. The environment values autonomy, engineering quality, and the ability to deliver under pressure.

What you'll do/What's required

  • Design, build, and support high-performance applications that underpin time-critical business operations
  • Work closely with non-technical stakeholders to translate complex workflows into scalable technical solutions
  • Develop and maintain data-driven user interfaces and Back End services using modern programming languages
  • Contribute to cloud-hosted, distributed systems, with a focus on reliability, performance, and security
  • Bring strong experience in enterprise software development, ideally within trading, financial services, or other Real Time commercial environments

  • Senior developer with extensive experience building production-grade systems
  • Comfortable working across the stack, from data and APIs through to user-facing tools
  • Exposure to cloud platforms, CI/CD, and containerised environments
  • Strong problem-solver who can operate in high-pressure, deadline-driven settings
  • Confident communicator who can partner directly with business users
