Job Overview:The Productivity Solutions team is looking to hire a Technical Lead for Software Developer who will be responsible leading the transformation of legacy applications to a modern software stack. You will be responsible for designing and building sustainable, scalable capabilities that support delivery of solutions supporting the Operations organization.

Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance, using Angular 8, .Net, C#, SQL server, HMTL, CSSPartner with Product Owners and Product Managers to translate business problem statements into technical solutionsCoordinate solution design with leaders from Architecture, Data, Infrastructure, and Business to optimize speed to market and achieve prioritized business outcomes.Participate in Agile Scrum, PI Planning and work with Scrum Master, RTE, Project Manager to do estimation of key deliverables and milestone managementDrive Code review, solution design sessions, Lunch and Learn sessions, developer community of practice, technical demos, Office hours with Developer community for knowledge share, solving and learning pain points while bringing innovative solution to the problemsMeet Partner teams and developer community to understand pain pointsAssist in technical assessment of risks and issues, and document recommendationsCoach and develop other members of the team in SDLC practicesOversee creation of technical documentation to support delivery and production supportWhat are we looking for?We want strong collaboratorswho can deliver a world-class client experience.
