The Operations Development Team is responsible for the development and support of back office applications. This team consists of 14 technology professionals whose key functions include application development, system integration, application support, and production support. The supported business areas are Client Services, Performance Analytics, Accounting, Pricing and Shareholder Services.

The Software Engineer will be an individual contributor responsible for the technical design, implementation and maintenance of several software systems built on the Microsoft .NET stack.
