The Director, Technology Solutions devises an effective strategy for executing and delivering on IT business initiatives. The Director, Technology Solutions requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the function or segment.

If you thrive in an environment of evolution and enjoy new challenges every day, you will excel at leading a team of technologists to work with a variety of application teams and technologies.Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Corporate Services Technology, the Director will be accountable for technology strategy and IT solutions delivery for Humana's Chief Administrative Office and Human Resources (CAO/HR) organization.

The Director will collaborate with leaders from across IT, along with other corporate business areas, to drive technology solutions that enable Humana's people and workplace strategies. The Director requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the CAO/HR segment, overall Corporate Services Technology portfolio, and the enterprise. The Director implements strategic plans, drives goals and objectives, and improves performance.
