Developing and maintaining owner relations. Negotiating and purchasing materials. Establishing and enforcing job site safety expectations. Managing project costs.

Overseeing labor projections. Contract negotiation and administration. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other related Field.
