We offer deep sector expertise across a full range of products and services in investment banking, equities, fixed income, asset and wealth management in the Americas, Europe and the Middle East and Asia.Responsibilities: The candidate would be part of Risk Technology team, managing the Risk Technology Support staff. The role will interface directly with the Risk Management group (Risk Operations, Risk Managers) regarding daily reporting and processing inquiries.

The focus is to support the Risk Management team as needed to ensure timely and accurate end of day VaR and PFE publishing. Manage level 1 support staff to ensure they are meeting client and team goals Ensuring client requests are addressed/resolved in a timely manner Monitor and maintain client support metrics to measure success and identify areas of improvement Develop and maintain client support procedures and training documentation Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution As needed, assist with support for the Risk Management daily operational process Interact with Risk Operations and Risk Managers to analyze their requests and issues. Leverage Jira ticketing application to ensure appropriate prioritization, documentation, and communication of request process and tracking Work with Risk Technology Business Analyst and development teams to implement solutions.

Participate in the interview and selection process for support team membersQualifications: 10+ years of experience in Financial Services Technology. Economics or related degree preferred. Experience in sell-side Capital Markets highly desired.

Preferred Skills: Excellent communication, time management and project management skills.
