Established in 2013, MoneyLion connects millions of people with the financial products and content they need, when and where they need it.About the RoleThe Senior Director, Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for developing GTM insights and strategies for multiple business units within MoneyLion and Engine.

The Operations Analyst will play a vital role in providing meaningful insights to the business, utilizing data modeling and visualization techniques to communicate the story to internal stakeholders as well as external partners. The primary focus of this role is to generate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and provide recommendations and insights on how to improve performance. The Operations Analyst uses data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for our partners as well as internal teams and stakeholders.

This role is responsible for analyzing and evaluating various aspects of the Engine & MoneyLion sales pipeline and providing data driven recommendations to the leadership team. This role is located on-site 4 days a week at our headquarters in Chelsea, NYC.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the dedicated point of contact for MoneyLion across partner organizations with a focus on data analytics and performance improvement to Drive growth in the Engine sales pipelineGenerate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance: Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of KPIs to measure operational effectiveness and efficiency throughout our sales funnelDesign and build data driven B2B GTM strategies for the sales organization to launch and take new products into the market & drive long term scaleResponsible for analyzing revenue team performance data and translating that into actionable plans to drive greater pipelineDesign marketing KPI framework and develop bottoms up forecast for the sales pipelineSupport the Revenue Operations team to evaluate new SaaS technology for the sales tech stack to optimize the GTM strategies and champion the use of technology, tools, and processes to maintain the source(s) of truth of our sales, marketing, and customer success dataWeekly and monthly reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

Present findings, progress, and improvement initiatives in meetingsData modeling and visualization: Utilize data modeling techniques (Looker and Tableau) and advanced Excel skills to create models, charts, and graphs that effectively communicate complex data sets to business stakeholders. Data integrity maintenance: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data by implementing quality control measures and data validation techniquesProfit-minded approach: Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements through data analysis and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement appropriate measures. Apply a profit-minded mindset to all analyses and decision-making, focusing on improving financial performance and contributing to overall business profitabilityDeep technical understanding of our tech stack to architect processes and flows for greater reporting accuracy and more granularity of reports and analyticsExpert knowledge of Salesforce, Outreach, Looker, Tableau, LIN, Pardot, SFDC Analytics tools (CRM Analytics and Marketing Analytics), contract management solutions to support builds and architectures achieving connectivity and data flow for analyses and reportingAct as lead data analyst and data scientist for key cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, and operations including market sizing, lead/account scoring, opportunity win/loss trend analysis, territory planning, and board reportingProactively search for areas to improve, streamline and scale using data, process and systems analyses that measurably impact company revenueCollaborate with end users and stakeholders to understand the details of a business problem, it's impact on the business and the desired outcome the team wishes to achieveDevelop and implement key GTM strategies for the sales teams such as defining ICPs, market opportunities, identifying new target accounts, sales positioning, competitive differentiation based on core dataSet quarterly revenue goal for the revenue teams via bottoms up and top down models and analysesAbout You Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in RevOps or a Senior Analyst roleBachelor's degree in Management Science & Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field; applicable experience in lieu of degreeAdmin skills a must to support the Rev Ops teams in configuring our tech stacksStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsPrior experience in a FinTech environment is preferredStrong knowledge of Excel to provide complex data analyzes to all teams and stakeholdersStrong experience with Salesforce, ZI, Pardot, Looker, Tableau and Outreach data for analyses of pipeline a mustExcellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.

Excellent analytical skills with ability to pull, filter, and analyze data to identify insights and inform data-driven recommendations; familiarity with reporting platforms like Looker or Tableau is requiredStrong interpersonal skills and executive presence, with an emphasis on building internal and external relationshipsDetail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrityStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends and emerging analytics techniques.Self-starter who is motivated to learn in a fast-paced environment, and can work independently as well as part of a teamThe annual base salary for this role is between $175,000 - $200,000 per year with the addition of variable pay.

Base salary is one component of MoneyLion's total compensation package, which includes, 401(k) match, multiple health insurance options, disability coverage, life insurance, and unlimited paid time off for salaried positions. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies related to the role.
