Senior Engineer, Software Full Stack located in Bethesda, MD will collaborate with a team of other software developers, designers, and business units to architect, develop and maintain a variety of applications to support our growing platform.Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Create full-stack software solutions that typically include front-end web frameworks, back-end services, databases, and all associated cloud infrastructure required to deploy and maintain the solution following established patterns.

Responsible for maintaining, enhancing, deploying, and supporting the full software solution.Build scheduled jobs and automated ETL processes.Build internal applications that optimize internal processes and efficiencies.

Collaborate with the team to break down features into user stories and estimate them.Learn technologies being used and create awareness on the technology roadmap.Update job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging engineering practices.

Using front-end web technologies, including: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular, React, TypeScript to build the frontend for the internal and external dashboards and other web applications.Working with large codebases of production applications, starting projects from scratch and contributing to a project's full life cycle.Working with SQL and NoSQL databases to create APIs, build ETL scripts and improved the API performances.

Maintaining and enhancing full-stack web solutions including both the back end and front end using server side stacks including Python (Django/Flask) and Node.js and front end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular, React, and TypeScript.Experience and education requirements:PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Systems Engineering, or related, and 3 years of relevant work experience.
