Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a software engineering manager to lead a team in implementing back-end software solutions to serve both internal and external customers. The position entails managing an agile development team within our Core Customer Technologies organization to develop key platforms using Java, Docker, SpringBoot, AWS NoSQL databases. You will interface with other teams within the organization to develop complete systems to better our customers' experiences.

Responsibilities:Lead a team in design, implementation and test back-end data solutions to support Work closely with product owner to establish features and roadmapInterface with other teams as needed to resolve dependenciesParticipate in the design and architecture of software solutionsLead the team in continuous improvement and Agile processCollaborate with product analysts/developers/QA during product development through implementationFacilitate iteration planning sessions, daily team stand-ups, grooming sessions, and retrosTrack and report on team work completed, capacity, backlog, velocity, etc.Forecast product/feature delivery timelines Use metrics and feedback to improve team and organization processes, best practices, performance, and deliveryAssist with deployments and production support issuesPlanning delivery roadmaps, minimum viable product (MVP) and milestonesSkills, Experience and RequirementsBachelors or Masters degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other technical (STEM) field or an equivalent of experience.4+ years of software development/product management or related technical experience5+ years of experience in a management capacityExperience working on/with an Agile team (XP, SCRUM etc.
