Network Manager to lead the team of network engineers for planning, design, implementation, and management of extensive network infrastructure across multiple geographical locations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of global network architecture, routing protocols, LAN & WAN technologies (including SD-WAN and MPLS), cloud services, cybersecurity, automation, wireless networking, and vendor management. Strong leadership, project management skills, and the ability to navigate the intersection of networking and security are crucial for success in this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Global Network Planning and Design: Develop and implement comprehensive global network strategies and solutions that align with business objectives Design and optimize routing protocols, including BGP, SD-WAN and MPLS, for efficient data flow within the organization's worldwide network infrastructure Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud-based services into the global network architectureGlobal Network Implementation and Maintenance: Lead the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware, software, and communication links across international offices Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of on-premises and cloud-based network infrastructure on a global scale Implement and manage SD-WAN and MPLS technologies to optimize network connectivity and ensure high-quality service deliveryRouting Expertise: Design and implement robust routing solutions, incorporating SD-WAN, BGP, IGP protocols and MPLS technologies, to ensure optimal data transmission and network efficiency globally.WAN Management: Oversee the design and implementation of wide area network (WAN) solutions, including SD-WAN and MPLS, to connect multiple office locations worldwide Optimize WAN performance, addressing latency and bandwidth challenges, and implementing redundancy for high availabilityGlobal Cloud Integration: Integrate, optimize network connectivity for cloud services to enhance performance and reduce latency on a global scale Observability & Automation: Implement automation tools and processes to streamline network configuration, monitoring, and managementWireless Networking: Oversee the design and implementation of wireless networking solutions to provide seamless and secure connectivity for users across global locationVendor Management: Collaborate with network equipment and service vendors to ensure the procurement of reliable and cost-effective solutions. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to meet organizational needGlobal Security Management: Implement and manage robust network security measures, including automation-driven security protocols, to safeguard sensitive information and prevent cyber threats across the global networkTeam Leadership: Manage a team of Network engineers.

Provide guidance on network, security, routing, WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, wireless, vendor management, and automation best practices, staying current with evolving technologiesProject Management: Oversee and collaborate with the IT leadership team to align global network projects with broader organizational goalsQualifications: Bachelor's/Master's or equivalent degree in a relevant field 12+ years of Network team Management experience is required Leadership Skills: Strong management & leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges Certifications: Good to have virtualization, networking, cloud, and security certs Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of networking, systems, and information security principles Project Management: Solid project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role with a global scope Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsSalary Range$151,000 - $185,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
