Representing a leader in the industry, we are searching for an experienced Transportation Project Engineer-SENIOR. This is an immediate opportunity, so we are looking to schedule interviews as soon as possible.

?The Project Engineer will be joining their team at one of four Massachusetts offices: Boston, Andover, Worcester, or Yarmouth. Our Highway/Transportation Engineers work on roadway and intersection reconstruction projects, and bicycle and pedestrian facilities for Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT), municipalities, and other state agencies. This is a HYBRID position.

The role of this position will also include preparing studies and designs of roadways, intersections, shared-use paths, parking lots, and other auxiliary facilities. Successful candidates should have experience designing horizontal and vertical geometry, grading, drainage, developing construction plan sets, performing quantity takeoffs, and preparing estimates and specifications. Whether you are leading the effort on several small projects or supporting a senior project manager on a larger more complex project, you will have opportunities to have direct contact with clients and will be considered a key member of our team.

Your ability to interpret data, collaborate with fellow team members, and lay out strategies for progressing projects allows our clients to provide reliable access for all modes of travel, develop resilient and sustainable public infrastructure, create inviting public spaces, and build research and other facilities that transform our human and natural environments. Job requirements include: B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering 10 years relevant experience PE Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D Experience with other Civil Engineering computer software applications (SignCAD, ParkCAD, HydroCAD, HEC-RAS, HY-8, ArcGIS, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, etc.
