Develop, design, code, debug, document, implement, and maintain Financial Crimes applications, programs, data warehouses, and project fulfillment processes. Review requirements, confer with business partners, assess systems impact, participate in SDLC, contribute to story refinement and definition, perform POC to mitigate risk, automate pipelines. Load data from sources and legacy systems, write queries using multiple joins conditions and case statements, develop scripts to run batch jobs, build and deploy tasks, perform unit testing, and create design, and runbook documents.
Identify problems and bottlenecks, analyze client/user needs, recommend modifications, and formulate validation plans. Use Teradata, Hadoop, Hive, HDFS, Spark, Erwin, Power Designer, SQL, Unix, CI/CD, MULTILOADS, BTEQ, FASTEXPORT, FASTLOAD, Autosys, Shell, GitHub, Informatica, TPUMP, BitBucket, Agile, ETL. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field and 2 years experience in the proffered position, or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation.
In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience performing coding, debugging, unit testing; developing data warehouses, pipelines, scripts; identifying bottlenecks; using Teradata, Hadoop, Hive, HDFS, SQL, Unix, MULTILOADS, BTEQ, FASTEXPORT, FASTLOAD, Autosys, GitHub, Informatica, TPUMP, BitBucket, Agile, ETL. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted.
