Please join us and make this journey together!WHAT YOU'LL DOThe Lifecycle Digital Transformation Team is responsible for all Lifecycle processes and systems that are anchored on delivering the best customer and partner experience including Market-to-Lead, Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity-to-Booking, Order-to-Cash, Onboard-to-Optimize, Escalate-to-Resolve, Renew-to-Booking, and Support-to-Advocacy.We have a superb opportunity for a software engineer to join our team in the Onboard-to-Optimize area, specifically Customer Feedback and Escalation Management.

Develop your knowledge of the Cisco Digital Customer Experience, and be a part of a team that is improving the customer experience across the racetrack. You will work with multi-functional IT, Operations teams, and hardworking developers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to Develop applications that make it easier for Cisco managers and engineers to manage feedback and escalations.

You will be interacting directly with Product Owners, Business Analyst, Technical Architects and IT development teams as part of your project work to develop committed release scope.AS A SENIOR ENGINEER, YOU WILL:- Partner with Product owners, Business Analyst to Groom User stories, provide effort estimates.- Works with IT Architects to analyze Technical Solution.

- Focus on maintaining code quality, security posture, reusability, scalability and operations as per Engineering Excellence guidelines. - Deliver requirements to committed user stories in Sprint and ensure product being built matches or exceeds expectations.- Work and coordinate with cross flow development teams for user stories dependencies.

Do you feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity and are able to influence within and outside the organization?REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE:- 8+ years of software development experience in Java/J2EE, Python, Data Analytics platforms and SQL/NoSQL databases.- Passionate about building techno-functional solutions/platforms and working closely with cross-functional & business teams.- Work with senior management and business owners for longer-term vision to build long-term roadmap for the new functions & system capabilities.

- Excellent communication and follow-up skills, written and verbal, across organizations.- Experience working in Agile development teams, working knowledge of Agile (Scrum) development methodologies. Experience & solid understanding of Java/J2EE, MuleSoft, and Cloud native application architectures and design patterns.

- Experience & solid understanding of Qualtrics experience management platform, and Salesforce Integrations.- Experience & solid understanding of Java/J2EE and Cloud native application architectures and design patterns.- Experience and strong understanding of building HTTP, SFTP and REST APIs with JSON/XML.

- Strong understanding of implementation and working of end-to-end data analytics platforms and ETL processes.- Experience with creating data stores & data marts in databases like Oracle/Snowflake/MySQL & NoSql databases based on business functions.- Experienced with guiding senior management make important architectural choices, emerging technologies, guiding technical teams and delivering scalable & robust applications.

- Experience and understanding of Linux, containers, and/or Kubernetes.- Exposure to CI/CD tools and continuous integration - Jenkins, SonarQube, Git, etc.- Experience building platforms and running services in public cloud (GCP, AWS, or Azure).

- Understanding of IT processes, Quality and Risk compliance.WHY CISCO?.
