The Consolidated Operations and Anomaly Support Team (COAST) is a restricted Operations and Maintenance (O&M) program with several Integrated Project Teams (IPTs). The Software Engineering IPT focuses on the sustainment of several mission operational product lines, as well as the development of new capabilities as coordinated with the Customer.

The Software Engineering IPT is a large team comprising multiple subsystems, each with a specialized software focus. We are looking for an energetic and passionate software engineer to join our team as we work to provide innovative solutions to complex issues in support of our Customer's national security mission. The position offers domestic and international travel opportunities.

Basic Qualifications for the Staff Software Engineer:Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access prior to start dateA master's degree in computer science (or a related field) and 12 years of experience or a bachelor's degree in computer science (or a related field) and 14 years of experience; an additional 4 years of experience is acceptable in lieu of a degreeAdvanced Object-Oriented programming skillsKnowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating systemExpertise with C/C+ programmingPreferred Qualifications for the Staff Software Engineer:Strong in math and algorithmsExperience with scripting languages such as Perl or PythonExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with all levels of employees, management, and stakeholdersPrevious participation on an Agile scrum team or familiarity with the Agile processFamiliarity with the Atlassian Tool Suite (Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo)Experience developing in a Linux environment using gitDemonstrated problem solving and decision making skillsActive TS/SCI security clearanceSalary Range: $156,000.00 - $234,000.00Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.

Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
