They''re hiring for multiple levels: Frontend Engineers, Senior/Staff Engineers, and Frontend Tech Leads. Whether you''re looking to deepen your technical expertise or step into technical leadership, there''s an opportunity to make an impact.

• You''ll play a key role in building next-generation IDE extensions and developer tools (VS Code, JetBrains, etc.).
• You''ll collaborate closely with AI researchers, systems engineers, and fellow Front End engineers to bridge AI-assisted coding and intuitive UX.
• Your work will have direct user impact - you''re building the tools that developers will use daily.
• You''ll get the opportunity to influence design and product decisions while growing your Front End depth in a highly technical environment.
• For tech lead candidates: you''ll mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions, and help shape the team''s technical direction.

• Experience working with developer tools, IDEs, or plugins (VS Code, JetBrains, etc.) is a plus, but not a firm requirement.
• Strong frontend-backend integration experience; you understand how to build a UI that interacts efficiently with Back End and AI systems.
• A systems-thinking approach; you consider architecture, performance, and developer workflows, not just UI components.
• Strong collaborative mindset; you thrive working cross-functional with designers, engineers, and researchers.

You will need to be on-site at least 3 days a week in Palo Alto for this, however, there could be some flexibility for the right candidate. If you''re relocating or require sponsorship, that''s absolutely fine, it can be accommodated.

Starting salary will be in the range of $225,000-325,000 plus full healthcare, dental, and vision benefits, and 401k contributions. As the company grows, benefits will change/improve.
