I'm working with a YC-backed AI/SaaS company creating an entirely new category in sales technology. Their platform acts as a Sales Performance OS, observing and scaling top-performer behavior to give enterprise sales teams a massive edge. They've just raised a $15M Series A, are valued at $90M and are growing ~20% month over month, and are entering a major scale-up phase.

They're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to help build and scale a high-performance, AI-powered platform used by enterprise sales teams. You'll work directly with the founders and early engineering team, owning core product surfaces and Back End systems while shipping production features from day one.

• Build and deploy full-stack features using React/Next.js, TypeScript, and Node/NestJS
• Implement responsive, high-quality UI with TailwindCSS
• Integrate Python (FastAPI) services powering ML workflows
• Ensure scalability, performance, and clean architecture across the stack
• Collaborate closely with engineers and founders to plan and ship fast

• Are comfortable with React/Next.js and Back End APIs
• Have some exposure to Python and cloud infrastructure (AWS)
• Thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments and enjoys wearing multiple hats
