Overview

Durlston Partners is working with a well-established AI Tech firm that's powering cutting-edge AI solutions. They're looking for a Founding DevOps Engineer to take full ownership of our infrastructure, automation, and cloud systems. This is your chance to shape and scale the DevOps space in a company with a proven track record, while working closely with AI and ML teams to drive impact.

What You'll Do

• Build and run the cloud infrastructure that powers AI systems.
• Make sure our platforms are fast, reliable, and easy to monitor.
• Automate everything - from deployments to scaling - so the team can move faster.
• Help design systems that handle big data and heavy compute workloads efficiently.
• Work closely with ML and data teams to bring models from research to production.

What They're Looking For

• Strong academic background from a top university
• Strong experience as a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer.
• Solid Linux and AWS skills - you know your way around the cloud.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Terraform, Grafana, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of distributed systems and scaling challenges.
