HCB Health is a full-service advertising agency, built from the ground up to meet the evolving needs of modern healthcare brands. We are looking for a Full time Art Supervisor with proven ability to execute and deliver on timely, high quality, creative material. Our company is now successfully working remotely and therefore we are open to locations throughout the United States.

Responsibilities include :

Effectively manage multiple creative projects for more than one brand simultaneously
Execute tactics across media, including print, packaging, social, digital, OOH, experiential, and beyond
Present work internally and to clients in an engaging and persuasive manner
Listen with a learner's mindset. Be curious, engaged and open-minded
Collaborate closely with digital designers and UX to ensure design across channels adheres to brand standards and digital best practices
Collaborate with art buyer to identify and select photographers, illustrators, and video producers to execute materials, with the oversight of a supervisor
Consistently deliver bold, compelling concepts that are on-strategy
Select work to move forward with strong creative discernment
Critique work and provide guidance to junior team members for improvement in a constructive, positive, clear manner.
Amass a thorough knowledge of the market research, competitive landscape, customers, and challenges and opportunities associated with your brand(s)
Think on your feet. Be solution-oriented.
Occasionally travel for client meetings, market research, training, and conferences when needed

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
A portfolio of work that showcases outstanding conceptual and executional art direction and design capability
5-7 years of experience, preferably in an agency setting
Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop). Knowledge of other creative software programs such as Sketch, Figma, or AfterEffects a plus.
Pharmaceutical experience isn't required, but is a plus, especially expertise across a variety of therapeutic categories, and/or experience launching drug products
