Essential Responsibilities

Become a subject matter expert in Onshore Wind Services parts planning
-
Develop, maintain, and report KPIs tied to business priorities
-
Perform complex data analysis on large datasets to determine optimal inventory targets and inventory management actions

Lead problem-solving efforts to analyze performance gaps and implement corrective actions
-
Collaborate within the planning team to develop global process standards and create/maintain relevant documentation
-
Coordinate with the ERP team to develop enhancements to support parts planning
-
Identify and implement process automation opportunities
-
Coordinate complex problem-solving with Vernova-internal stakeholders
-
Report to Executive leadership on KPIs and improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Operations Research, or another relevant area of study

Minimum of 5 years of experience in materials planning, supply chain management, or related work
Desired Characteristics

Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Operations Research, or another relevant area of study

Proven experience in data analysis and practical applications
-
Experience with ERP systems

Proficient statistical analysis skillset

Familiarity with inventory planning concepts and principles

Strong oral and written communication skills, particularly in discussing complex, data-intensive topics with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
-
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
The salary range for this position is $104,200.00 - $173,600.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for variable incentive compensation (15%).
