R&P is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to support the DDG 51 Shipbuilding Program (PMS 400D). PMS 400D is responsible for the design, construction, outfitting, testing, and fleet introduction of DDG 51 Arleigh Burke-class destroyers. Work will be performed at R&P Technologies' Washington, DC office.

Job Responsibilities may include:

  • Develop monthly obligation and expenditure reports.

  • Process funding documents in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) monitor and track benchmarks.

  • Generate and update Detailed Task Planning sheets in accordance with overall tasking and funding.

  • Provide customer interface for data used in the entry of Task Planning Sheets (TPS) and subsequent task modifications into the NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS)

  • Prepare and submit funding plans and facilitate all funding actions.

  • Assist with budget preparation.

  • Respond to financial drills for funded activities.

  • Communicate timely and accurate program financial status updates to all clients.

  • Develop briefs, monthly financial status reports, and correspondence.

  • Monitor status of and track discrepancies in funding and budget documentation.

  • Respond quickly, effectively and accurately to any financial issues as tasked.

  • Bachelor's degree plus at least 1 years of relevant work experience.

  • Degree requirement may be substituted with a High School diploma and minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

  • DoD/Navy ACAT I Program expereince is a plus.

  • Active Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain a Government Security Clearance.
