• Bachelors Degree
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development
• At least 5 years of experience in managing teams
• Masters Degree (preferred)
• CISSP certification (preferred)
• 10 years of experience in software development (preferred)
• 4 years of experience with AWS (preferred)
• 5 years of experience in Agile methodologies (preferred)

• Lead, manage, and develop multiple teams of product-driven software engineers
• Mentor and support the professional and technical growth of your team members
• Collaborate with product leaders to establish strategy, roadmap, and architectural direction
• Oversee a variety of technology platforms and projects to create scalable applications that satisfy customer needs
• Continuously enhance software engineering methodologies
• Work within Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and maintain technical solutions throughout the full development stack
• Ensure the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of the solutions developed
