Anthum is an AI video contest platform where brands post creative challenges and top AI video creators compete to produce winning ads. The best-performing videos are pushed directly into paid Meta campaigns, where they are iterated on, optimized, and scaled for real-world brand use.

We sit at the intersection of AI video, performance marketing, and competitive creator systems. Our long-term vision is to become the execution layer where AI-generated creative is tested, ranked, and continuously improved at scale.

We're looking for a Founding Engineer to help build the core systems behind Anthum from the ground up.

This is a high-ownership role with meaningful equity and competitive salary. You'll work directly with the founders on architecture, product direction, and execution. The work spans AI video tooling, marketplace infrastructure, and agent-based systems that move data between brands, creators, and models.

We already run agents on both sides of the marketplace, and a key part of this role will be evolving those agents and training them alongside increasingly complex creative and performance data. You'll be designing and shipping foundational systems that define how the product works.

• Design and build scalable Back End systems for a two-sided marketplace
• Own core infrastructure powering contests, submissions, rankings, and payouts
• Integrate with AI video tools, models, and creator workflows
• Develop and evolve agent-based systems that coordinate brand and creator data
• Collaborate closely with founders on product, architecture, and technical strategy
• Move fast, iterate aggressively, and ship production-quality code
