Function: PMO

Location: Europe

Key Responsibilities/Tasks:

Understand the commercial deployment organization, functional set-up, reporting, financial, and project management tools in place Liaise with the local Project leads, and functional leads to plan and organize the site visits from the global cluster team to the affiliates Align with the cluster functional experts to set-up the latest version of the questionnaires to be given to the affiliates in order to understand their current configuration.
Make sure the resource planning of the cluster team in the regions is accurate.

Ensure project management methodology is in place in a timely manner and the team is trained/coached in how to use it.

Uses a central PMO template and deployment deliverables list as the basis for the project plan. Monitor, track and control the project plan and deliverables.

Report on progress.

Prepare phase gates and ensure that all acceptance criteria are known and measured.

Facilitate team collaboration and communication on all levels but also with the affiliates.

Align remote teams and bring everyone on the same page.

Bring the team together to collaboratively resolve challenges to progress

Ability to work within a multicultural environment.

Ability to work in a fast-evolving environment and to adapt quickly to new processes.

Ability to complete tasks without unnecessary waiting, communicate faster with the right person without chaos, address urgent issues fast and efficiently.

Flexibility regarding working hours being able to cover different regions (No travel required)

Excellent communication skills.
