Our client is seeking a talented SAP Solution Architect to spearhead their upcoming S4/HANA implementation project. As a key member of the IT department, you will lead the technical design and implementation of SAP solutions. This position offers the autonomy to drive innovation and the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions, with a primary focus on the upcoming S4/HANA implementation project.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Challenge and refine business needs to ensure optimal system performance and usability.
• Take ownership of the technical solution, providing guidance and direction to project teams and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including IT teams (English) and business users (German).
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives to enhance system functionality and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in leading or playing a significant role in at least one S4/HANA implementation project.
• Strong technical background with expertise in SAP (ideally finance modules or logistics modules)
• Ability to understand and challenge business needs, translating them into actionable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in German (B2 level) and proficient in English; ability to communicate technical concepts effectively in both languages.
• Comfortable working in a predominantly remote environment, with occasional on-site visits (up to 20%).
